Sophie and Emma are back and, frankly, they’ve got a LOT to talk about.From questionable life choices and dodgy relationships to family dramas, unexpected connections and the eternal battle between people who are on time and people who apparently believe clocks are merely a suggestion.There are a few home truths, some very funny family stories, a couple of emotional moments… and, naturally, plenty of complete Corbett chaos.Come for the laughs. It’s a new chapter for Not Our First Rodeo as Sophie welcomes her sister Emma into the saddle. Expect brutally honest sisterly chat, a few home truths, questionable dating expectations, emotional revelations, washing-line excitement and, naturally, cake.

This week we're tackling something that doesn't magically disappear after school... mean girl behaviour. We chat about standing up for yourself without losing your cool, why kindness isn't weakness, and how sometimes the best revenge is simply refusing to dim your light. Along the way there's a dodgy cooling blanket, disastrous festival VIP tickets, Alanis Morissette making us cry, and, somehow, plenty of talk about strangers' bums.

Britain's having a meltdown... and so are we.Between heatwave survival hacks, a Labrador called Romeo, designer bargains, frozen towels and one very overloaded road trip, we somehow also manage to have an honest conversation about ADHD, anxiety and finding the right support.It's sweaty, slightly unhinged, unexpectedly moving... and definitely not our first rodeo!
